Cancellation policy

Goods purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made-to-order. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you order your dress, with the balance due within a week of the dress arriving in -store.

On termination of this agreement for any reason, you will be required to pay us the balance within 7 days.

We ask all our brides to try on and inspect their gown before leaving the shop. We will not be held responsible for any defects or damage once the gown has left the shop. Because all of our fabrics are 100% natural, there may be slight variations in shade from the sample in store.

If we are unable to process your order for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded. All sample dresses are sold as seen and must be paid for in full.

Complaints Policy

The Bridal Gallery views complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve the service we offer our customers, as well as the chance to resolve things when a customer is unhappy with the service they receive.

If you would like to make a compliant please contact us here. We will address your complaint as soon as possible, but always within 14 days.
